For hygiene and safety reasons, opened ORÉA Signature scented oils cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions

  • We accept requests if:   
  •  The product is damaged upon receipt     
  • A ordering error has been made

In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Original packaging intact     
  • Photo proof required

A suitable solution will be offered (replacement or refund)
